Location data: GPS coordinates for pickup, delivery and live rider tracking.

Payment information: transaction references, amounts, wallet activity and settlement bank details. Card data is handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.

Device information: browser, operating system, push notification tokens and technical logs.

Operational data: orders, waybills, inventory records, proofs of delivery and support conversations.

2. How Information Is Used

Account management, authentication and role assignment.

Delivery processing: pickup scheduling, rider assignment, routing and proof of delivery.

Tracking and status updates for customers, vendors and partners.

Communication by in-app notification, push, SMS, email or WhatsApp.

Security, fraud prevention and audit logging.

Analytics used to improve coverage, pricing accuracy and service quality.

3. Location Data

Riders: GPS tracking is active only while the rider is online or on an active delivery. Location sharing stops automatically when the rider goes offline or the delivery activity ends.

Customers: pickup and delivery coordinates are used strictly to price, route and complete the shipment, and are visible to the assigned rider only for the duration of the job.

Historical location points are retained for dispute resolution and operational review, not for continuous personal monitoring.

4. Data Security

Authentication with per-user credentials and enforced password changes for issued accounts.

Encryption in transit and at rest across platform services.

Role-based access control so each dashboard can reach only the data it needs.

Audit logging of sensitive actions including permission changes and financial activity.

5. Data Sharing

Riders receive the contact and address details needed to complete an assigned delivery.

Vendors receive data relating only to their own orders, inventory and settlements.

Partners receive shipment data for jobs routed to them.

Service providers (payments, messaging, mapping, hosting) process data on our instruction only.

We do not sell personal data. Disclosure to authorities occurs only where legally required.

6. Your Rights

Request a copy of the information we hold about you.

Update or correct your personal details from your dashboard or via support.

Request deletion of your account by emailing ceetify@gmail.com, subject to records we must retain for accounting and legal reasons.
