1. Introduction

Ceetify Logistics provides intra-city, intra-state and interstate courier, dispatch, warehousing and fulfilment services within Owerri, Imo State and across Nigeria.

The digital platform is provided to request deliveries, track shipments, manage inventory, settle payments and coordinate riders, vendors, partners and staff.

Users are responsible for how their account is used and for all information they submit through the platform.

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of any policy referenced within them.

2. User Accounts

Customer accounts may be created publicly. Vendor, Rider, Partner, Management, Admin and Super Admin accounts are issued only by Ceetify Logistics administrators.

You must keep your account secure and are solely responsible for activity carried out under your credentials.

Passwords must not be shared. Issued accounts must change their temporary password at first sign-in.

Accounts may be suspended where fraud, abuse, non-payment or a breach of these Terms is suspected.

Accounts may be terminated on notice; outstanding obligations and settlements survive termination.

3. Platform Usage

Provide accurate, complete and current information for senders, receivers, addresses and package contents.

Use the platform lawfully and only for legitimate logistics purposes.

Protect your account credentials and report suspected compromise immediately.

Do not attempt fraudulent bookings, false claims, payment fraud, or any interference with platform systems.

4. Logistics Services

Delivery requests are confirmed once accepted by Ceetify Logistics and a rider or partner is assigned.

Pickup is performed at the address and window supplied; failed pickups caused by unavailability may attract a re-attempt fee.

Delivery timelines are best-effort estimates based on zone, distance and service level, not guarantees.

Service limitations apply outside covered zones, during restricted hours, or where access is unsafe.

Restricted items include firearms, ammunition, narcotics, flammable or explosive materials, live animals, cash and anything prohibited under Nigerian law.

5. Liability

Ceetify Logistics is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, security incidents, road closures or other events beyond reasonable control.

We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by a user.

Liability for loss or damage is limited to the verified declared value of the item; fragile goods must be declared and properly packaged.

Force majeure events suspend performance obligations for their duration.

6. Privacy

Personal data is handled in line with the Ceetify Logistics Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

Ceetify Logistics may update these Terms. Material changes are published as a new version with an effective date, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
